Bruce conducted a pre-sale home inspection of our parent’s home. He was thorough, took his time and made sure that every issue was documented. After inspecting an area, he would take the time to explain to us what issues he had discovered and what he would recommend as far as remediation. The entire inspection took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We were very surprised that we had a very thorough report by the time we were going to bed the night of the inspection. The digital report enabled us to send the information to others. We would highly recommend Bruce and are considering having him do a another inspection prior to placement of the home on the market.

 Bruce is a top-notch professional inspector. He is excellent at his craft, great in his communications and delivers exceptional service. His inspection software is really good too! We would highly recommend that you use him. 

 My husband and I are currently in the process of buying our first home, we had Bruce come through and do our home inspection and honestly we couldn’t of chosen a better person to do it. His attention to detail was outstanding! He gave us tips and tricks on how to fix stuff. He walked through the house and gave us a lot of advice. I have nothing put positive things to say, he is a very knowledgeable, humble man. So if you are looking for a home inspector, he’s the one!

 Bruce did an incredible job on our home inspection! We went under contract on a Saturday, and we’re looking for a quick and responsive inspector. Most were booked for at least a week. Bruce jumped right in, got us on the schedule for Monday. The inspection was above an beyond. Bruce is very knowledgeable about all aspects of home inspecting. We got a five point inspection, to include Radon and a Sewer Scope. The report was detailed and very meticulous, right down to a light bulb that was out in the hallway, which my boyfriend blew that morning. I would recommend Bruce to anyone for a home inspection. His customer service is impeccable, his knowledge is A+ and his detail orientation is incredible!
